PAYMENT OPTIONS

PAYMENT ON DELIVERY

This is available for U.A.E deliveries only, all other delivery locations will require payment in advance. Payment on delivery is only valid for items that are available in stock and will not be valid on any special order items. To select the payment on delivery option please select “Payment on Delivery” during the checkout.

BUILD A QUOTE

The Build a quote function is available to all our customers and will not be processed as an order until a payment has been received for the quotation. To build a quote select the BUILD A QUOTE button in your Cart prior to check out.

ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests may be subject to cancellation fees.
Orders for customized products are not cancellable.
Enermax Trading will not hold orders more than 15 days beyond the acknowledged ship/collection date.

All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Prices and specifications subject to change without notice. Payment in advance for all orders is required.

United Arab of Emirates is your company’s country of domicile.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods then the details on the Customers ID (Card holders ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.
In case of any disputes the law applicable would be based on the UAE Governing Law.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Please be advised that the availability of products displayed on our website is subject to change without prior notice. As stock levels are dynamic and can fluctuate due to various factors, including sales, restocking, and unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee the stock availability of all items listed. While we make every effort to keep our inventory up to date, there may be instances where certain products become temporarily out of stock. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we encourage customers to contact us directly for the latest information on product availability.

LEAD TIME & BACKORDER

Some products can be subject to an 8-12 week lead time. While we make an effort to keep this information up to date on the site, if this information is important to you we would suggest communicating with our team for further information and a more accurate lead time for your specific order.

VAT (VALUE ADDED TAX)

As per new Government Law of United Arab Emirates, Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable at the rate of 5% as of 1st January 2018. From that date, VAT will apply to the majority of transactions of goods and services supplied in the UAE by any person/business required to be registered for VAT.

As of September 2024, we are not registered for VAT. Therefore, VAT will not be included on your invoice, and it is not applicable.

EXPORT ORDERS

Freight terms are Ex-Works Dubai, U.A.E unless otherwise stated. Please contact us via our “contact us” form for shipping quotes or to arrange collection with your own freight forwarder. Please provide details of your order. We suggest using our BUILD A QUOTE section to generate a quotation so we can provide accurate shipping/delivery costs if you require. Payment in advance is required on all export orders. Payment may be made via any of the PAYMENT OPTIONS listed above. All prices are exclusive of any applicable local charges and taxes.

SHIPMENTS

Enermax Trade will ship in accordance with your instructions. When no shipping instructions are provided, Enermax Trade will ship via best means available. Shipping charges, including freight, insurance fees, and forwarding costs, will be added to your invoice. Please also see EXPORT ORDERS section above for additional details.

DELIVERY

Enermax Trade will deliver free of charge within the UAE on all orders above AED 500. Other options are:

EX-works collection form our warehouse
UAE Orders below AED250 will be delivered at a charge of aed 20.

RETURN OF GOODS

Received orders may be requested to be returned to Enermax Trade up to 7 days after receiving your order only in the case that the items are not as described. Authorization must be obtained from Enermax Tradein writing BEFORE returning items for any reason. When requesting Return Authorization, include the item name, order number and reason for return. Products must be in original condition including the original packaging materials. Kindly note that all unauthorized returns will be refused and no claims for refund will be accepted. Return items must be shipped prepaid. Items shipped collect are refused. The above clause is applicable to standard items that we stock locally and does not cover any special orders, imports, or customized products, all of which may be subject to a 30% restocking charge and in some cases are non-refundable.

All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.

FREIGHT DAMAGE

If a product is received in a damaged condition, unpacking should cease, and the customer should request immediate inspection from the carrier responsible for delivery. It is important to retain all packaging until inspection is complete. A copy of the carriers written damage report is to be forwarded to Enermax Trading.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our privacy policy is the way in which we collect, store, use and protect your personal information, by which we mean the specific information that is associated with a person and can be used to identify that person. Providing us with your personal information expressly consents with us processing your personal information in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy.

We do not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties, data collected is to enhance your experience on the website. However, by registering or subscribing on the site, you give us your express consent to receive promotional emails about our services and website. If ever you decide that you do not wish to receive any such emails, you can opt out of them by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of each email. Comments and reviews made by you on the website or its products and services will be taken as express consent by you to be used in our marketing.

SECURE ONLINE PAYMENTS

All online payment services are provided by Stripe. Note that all financial transactions are processed by Stripe. and that Enermax Trade does not obtain any sensitive data such as credit card numbers from its customers. After confirming an order on the Enermax Trade website, customers will be forwarded to Stripe payment gateway site to complete a secure online payment. Our Stripe account is under Enermax Trading CO.LLC.

PROTECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We hold your personal information on servers located in other countries. By providing us with personal information, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to, and its storage on, our servers. We take every precaution to safeguard all your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
